By accessing or using the Lake Wallenpaupack Area Business Directory (the “Directory”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Directory.
2. Business Listings
The Directory provides listings of businesses serving the Lake Wallenpaupack area of Pike and Wayne Counties, Pennsylvania. Free listings are available to eligible local businesses. Featured and Premium listings are offered as paid subscriptions. We reserve the right to review, approve, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
3. Business Owner Responsibilities
If you submit or manage a listing, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You may not submit content that is misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or that impersonates another business.
4. Paid Subscriptions
Featured and Premium listings are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions remain active until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to keep the Directory accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of any listing. Business information is provided by third parties and may change without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Directory is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Directory or any business listed on it.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Directory after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
